The teachers on this workshop are David Moore, who has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1985, and Michael Avery, guitarist, guitar teacher and Alexander teacher. Michael is the director of Richmond Music Academy and the Michael Avery School of Music.

Together they will take you through an approach to more comfortable posture and an easier relationship to your instrument.
