Protecting and Strengthening our Knees

Here is a link for a 22 minute video, which is one of many sessions session from our online training for yoga and Alexander teachers which we ran during the pandemic lockdowns.


Knee injuries are a common result of both traumatic injuries and just general misuse of the body over years. Knee injuries can also occur from faulty yoga practice.


It focuses on issues with knees and how to deal with them with both yoga and the Alexander technique.


While the video is directed particularly to Alexander and yoga teachers, it will be of general interest to anyone who wonders what they can do to both protect and strengthen their knees.
